At the Inaugural Integrated Care Learning Symposium, seven esteemed healthcare and social service partners come together for a historic collaboration to advance and gain insights into industry-leading approaches to capability-building integrated care.
The seven partners are the Agency for Integrated Care, Fei Yue Community Services, Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital, Lions Befrienders Service Association (Singapore), National Healthcare Group, National University Health System and Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd.
World Health Organisation will also be present at the event to share the best practices and knowledge in active ageing.
