Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

i. The Bidder (including his officials) shall not be suspended or debarred by SUSS or the Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of Finance from participating in the University’s procurement opportunities or public sector tenders respectively or be facing any disciplinary action.

ii. Bidders must have local presence to carry out installation, training and post-sales support.

The University reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
