Synopsis

IPM523 Patent Practice in Singapore prepares students to sit for the Singapore Patent Agent Qualifying Examination Paper D: Knowledge of Patent Law and Patent Practice in Singapore. The course focusses on the evaluation of situations to identify technical and patent issues, interpreting patent-related legislations and regulations to identify potential courses of action. Students will also look at advising relevant stakeholders of the impact of technical and patent issues as well as conducting work to perform courses of action.
