Synopsis

PSY516 Specialist Professional Skills in Organisational Psychology provides students with an insight into the role of a practicing Organisational Psychologist in the public and private sector. The module will give students with an understanding of the Organisational Psychology scene in Singapore and a realistic preview of the range of professional skills beyond psychological theory and research that are required of Organisational Psychologists. The aim of this module is to ensure students are not just equipped with the knowledge around organisational psychology, but are also equipped with the practical skills to become scientist-practitioners in the field.

Presentation Pattern: EVERY JAN
E-Learning: BLENDED - Learning is done MAINLY online using interactive study materials in Canvas. Students receive guidance and support from online instructors via discussion forums and emails. This is supplemented with SOME face-to-face sessions. If the course has an exam component, this will be administered on-campus.
