The Japanese Summer Festival, a vibrant celebration of Japanese culture, took place on 24 August 2024. Amidst the festivities, SUSS volunteers from the Cross-Cultural Immersion Interest Group (CCI-IG) played a crucial role in ensuring the event's success.Japanese families and volunteers alike gather around the field to enjoy and join in the Bon-Odori dance
Volunteers assisted with queue control at various stalls, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. They also immersed themselves in the festivities, participating in the traditional Bon-Odori dance, a beloved tradition that brings people together.
