Singapore University of Social Sciences' Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence collaborated with Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) to conduct a local research on Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) and the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangements Requests (TG-FWAR). We surveyed 372 employers, with the support from the Association of Process Industry (ASPRI), Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS), Singapore Furniture Industries Council (SFIC), and the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA).
