Faculty Welcome, previously known as SoSEM (Start-of-Semester), is a biannual event hosted by Associates Management for all new faculty. The event is held before every new semester to:
- Provide incoming Associate Faculty (AF) and Full-time Faculty (FF) with a deeper understanding of the SUSS vision and core values
- Convey the direction and approach towards teaching at SUSS
- Communicate the avenues of support available for new faculty to create meaningful learning experiences for students
- Be a platform for faculty to connect and network
