The Volunteer Management Fellowship programme promotes the professionalisation of volunteer management (VM) in the social and community sector. Fellows are trained and provided with VM internship opportunities so that they will be able to build experiences and connections to related employment opportunities in the social sector in the future.
As part of the programme, potential fellows will:
a) successfully complete the course OCE165 Volunteer Resource Management to be admitted to the fellowship
b) undertake a part-time/full-time job placement related to volunteer management
c) attend a Community of Practice facilitated by an experienced VM practitioner
