Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders
  
  
• Bidders must provide at least a valid EPU/CMP/10 (S6) and above registration certificate and must enclose a copy of the registration certificate with the tender proposals. In lieu of a GSR registration certificate, the Bidder shall submit financial statements for the last three (3) years for assessment.

• Workflow integration to SkillsFuture SG Training Partners (TP) Gateway and MySkillsFuture Portal.

• Bidder shall attend the mandatory Tender Briefing.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
