Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.
  
  
• Bidders must provide at least a valid EPU/CMP/10 (S7) and above registration certificate by the time of the tender closing.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
