Eligibility

Tenderers are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• The Tenderer (including his officials) shall not be suspended or debarred by SUSS or the Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of Finance from participating in the University’s procurement opportunities or public sector tenders respectively or be facing any disciplinary action.
  

• The Tenderer must be registered as the certified partner based on the proposed brand of Network equipment (Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure) and Firewall solutions (Network Firewall). The Tenderers must submit the certification as part of the submission.

• The Tenderer must possess at least a valid EPPU/CMP/10 (S7) registration certificate by the time of the tender closing.

• The Tenderer must have been awarded least ONE project of similar nature valued at S$4 million each or more within Singapore in the past 3 years.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
