Eligibility

Tenderers are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder shall not be debarred from participating in SUSS Tenders.
• Bidder must possess valid EPU/CMP/10 (S8) and above or submit audited financial statements for the last three (3) years for assessment.
• Bidder must provide a valid certification of ISO 20000 or ISO 9001.
• Bidder must attend a compulsory tender briefing via Zoom. Interested Bidders are to RSVP to Mr. Swee Puah by 5pm on 3 September 2024 via email ([email protected]) to receive the Zoom link.
  

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
