Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.
  
• Bidder must attend the mandatory tender briefing.
• Bidder must be licensed and have at least a ‘Clean Mark Gold Award’ issued by National Environment Agency (“NEA”) under the Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation Scheme throughout the Contract Period.
• Participating Bidders must possess the followings: Registration with Building Construction Authority (BCA) – Facilities Management Services (FM01) with a financial grade of M2 and above.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
