Eligibility

Tenderers are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.
• The Bidders must provide at least a valid EPU/CMP/10 (S7) and above registration certificate and must enclose a copy of the registration certificate with the tender proposals. In lieu of a GSR registration certificate, the Bidder shall submit financial statements for the last three (3) years for assessment.
• Bidders must have a valid partnership with OutSystem.
• Bidders must have completed at least 1 OutSystems projects by applying Agile development methodologies in any sector.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
