Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder (including his officials) shall not be suspended or debarred by SUSS or the Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of Finance from participating in the University's Procurement opportunities or public sector tenders respectively or be facing any disciplinary action.
• Bidder shall possess a valid EPPU/CMP/10 (S8) registration certificate. Bidder who does not possess a valid certificate shall register with the Government Registration Authority before the closing date of this tender.
  
• Bidder must be able to submit bid for at least 10 of the roles in the Requirement Specification.
  

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
