Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder must not be debarred on or after the closing date of the tender.
  
• The proposed venue must accommodate a minimum number of 1,500 seated guests.
  
• Bidder must be certified minimally with BCA Green Mark Gold Award.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
