About Alumni Card

Your Alumni Card identifies you as a member of the University and carries your unique identification number.

You can use your card to:

• Sign up for alumni events and services
• Enjoy the range of benefits and privileges
• Access the entire range of the SPGG clubhouse facilities

We are continually adding to these benefits, so please visit the website regularly for the latest listing.

Step 1: ​Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the latest version of the SUSS Backpack mobile app.
Step 2: Choose 'Alumni' and log in with your Alumni Portal login details. 

If you need help with your Alumni Portal login details, please email your Full Name and PI Number to [email protected]. Please ensure that you are able to log in to the Alumni Portal successfully before accessing the SUSS Backpack mobile app.

Alumni Card Terms and Conditions

1. Alumni must produce their alumni card or quote "Singapore University of Social Sciences", whichever applicable, to the offers.
2. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, privileges, promotions, on-going promotions, vouchers, promotional coupons, discount cards or vouchers, discount schemes, items on sale, discounted items, or in-house offers unless otherwise stated.
3. Offers, discounts, vouchers and privileges cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services and are not transferable to other persons unless otherwise stated.
4. To enjoy the offers, alumni should adhere to the promotional periods stated, if any; each merchant’s offer is subject to change.
5. All participating merchants reserve the right to make changes to the promotion without prior notice.
6. Complimentary/Free gifts, if any, are on a while stocks last basis; participating merchants reserve the right to replace complimentary items with another item of similar value.
7. Offers are bound by the terms and conditions of the respective merchants.
8. All payments for purchases are to be made directly to participating merchants.
9. Singapore University of Social Sciences shall not be held responsible for any transactions made between alumni and participating merchants.
10. Singapore University of Social Sciences accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the merchants involved in these offers.
11. All feedback regarding the participating merchants/outlets should be directed to the merchants/outlets.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of respective merchants shall be final.
