The Law National Aptitude Test (LNAT) is a registered trademark of LNAT Consortium Limited. This is a test of aptitude not of knowledge. LNAT was developed by a consortium of UK universities as a fair way to assess a candidate's potential to study law at undergraduate level, regardless of their education or personal background. The LNAT is designed to be a test of aptitude rather than educational achievement. The skills that candidates need to do well in the LNAT are also the skills that they need to do well in legal education.
This is only applicable to applicants who are applying to Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) Programme. All applicants must register and take the test before 15 July 2024*.
All applicants are advised to go to the website www.lnat.ac.uk to find out more about the LNAT. Information on how to register, pay and take the test is also available on the LNAT website.
* Please note that the number of available test slots are limited. As such, the applicants are strongly encouraged to register for their test as early as possible.
