Entry to the hall You must be in your academic regalia before lining up to enter the hall. Prepare to scan the QR code sent to you via email once you have completed your online registration to attend Convocation.
Scan the QR code at the registration point on the day of the ceremony to confirm your attendance. The display screen will list the confirmation of attendance and your seat number. You may then proceed into the hall and sit at your assigned seat. Ushers will check on the attendance before the start of the ceremony. Collection of Degree and TranscriptsFor graduates attending the Convocation ceremony, collection of certificates will be at the registration counter on the actual day. A nominal fee will be charged if you require an additional copy of the transcript. Please login to the Alumni Portal to request a transcript. If you have forgotten your user ID and password, please contact our Alumni Relations Department at +65 6248 9215 or [email protected]. For Non-Attendees Note: There will be NO certificate collections during the physical Convocation 2024 Ceremony planned from 8 and 9 October 2024. The collection dates are from 14 October to 10 November 2024 at the Student Service counter at Block C, Level 1. The opening hours are from 830am to 530pm (Monday to Friday). Please look out for more information from [email protected], Student Portal and Student Services Telegram Channel (@StudentServicesSUSS) at a later date regarding the collection of certificates for non-attendees. If you are authorising someone to collect on your behalf, please complete the authorisation form and advise the authorised person to bring along the form and other required documents. |
