Synopsis

ANL505 Hyperautomation aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to leverage cutting-edge technologies for process automation that enhance their capacity to automate work. At its core, the course first focuses on the concept of configuration management database (CMDB), then explores the deployment of service management platforms and other business process automation applications both in the cloud and on-premises. Students will learn how to design powerful automation workflow for business processes management using no-code or low-code methods for scalability and reproducibility. Upon completion of the course, students will be competent in utilising workflow through tools for service management, cloud orchestration, and data analysis.
