Synopsis

This course is designed to cultivate students’ mindset of business sustainability. It demonstrates the importance of integrating social and environmental concerns into business operations. It further introduces how business sustainability shapes strategy formulation, leadership, organisational culture, corporate governance, financing, performance measurement, reward, and reporting. Cases and real examples will be adopted to enhance students’ understanding in this area.
