Synopsis

The Planning and Managing Healthcare Facilities Management course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices involved in planning, designing, and managing healthcare facilities. The course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively plan, develop, and maintain healthcare facilities to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. Some case studies in FM for Healthcare will be included in this course to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the application of facilities management principles in healthcare settings. The real-world case studies will explore the challenges and opportunities of healthcare facilities management as well as allowing students to analyse case studies and develop solutions to the problems presented. Students will gain both theoretical and practical experience in healthcare facilities management
