Synopsis

This course is a culmination of the Minor in Leadership programme, providing students with an opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge and skills in a real-world context. This applied project would require students to address a leadership challenge while making a meaningful impact. This course would foster the development of competencies to lead, influence and effect change for a desired positive outcome. Through the course, students will also undergo mentorship of their leadership journey by trained mentors, providing an experience for critical self-reflection and assessment towards personal development and growth. Over the course of the project, students would apply their problem solving skills through various stages of problem identification, analysis, solution development, implementation and evaluation.
