Programme Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Leading Learning, Innovation and Change Across Boundaries (GCLBX) is a 15-credit unit programme comprising three courses focusing on cross-boundary change, learning and leadership. The GCLBX provides learners with insights into cross-boundary work and the opportunities it offers for learning and driving change, analysing leadership in cross-boundary situations, and designing change across boundaries, using relevant strategies, means and tools.

Programme Structure

Each of the courses in the GCLBX programme is 5 credit units (cu). Students who successfully complete 15 cu of coursework with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 will qualify for the award of the graduate certificate.

• BXL601 Problematising Learning, Innovation & Change Across Boundaries
• BXL602 Leading Innovation and Change across Boundaries
• BXL603 Designing Change Across Boundaries

This is a programme with weekend classes. The minimum programme duration is 6 months.
