The Graduate Certificate in Leading Social Transformation (GCLST) aims to help you to strengthen your leadership and management skills for positive social change. On completing the programme, you will have deeper understanding and learnt the skills needed to achieve collective impact drawing from systems thinking and design thinking.
This programme is designed for social entrepreneurs, board directors and management staff in the non-profit and commercial organisations.
The curriculum for the GCLST programme comprises a total of 15 credit units of courses. Participants have to enrol and complete all 3 courses (total 15 cu).
Students have to maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5 to graduate with GCLST.
Compulsory Courses (15 cu)
Classes are conducted over four Saturdays. The minimum programme duration is 6 months.
