Joint Acceptance Platform (JAP)

Successful applicants have to indicate acceptance of their offer on the Joint Acceptance Platform (JAP).

1st window of acceptance

2 January 2025 – 23 May 2025

(for admission offers made before 23 May)

2nd window of acceptance

1 June 2025 – 16 June 2025

(for admission offers made from 1 - 16 June)


Note:

  • Applicants who are issued offers to our programmes in the first window of acceptance must confirm their acceptance in JAP within the first window of acceptance (by 23 May). They cannot delay the acceptance of the offers to the 2nd window.
  • The Joint Acceptance Platform will not send any email acknowledgement when a student accepts his/her offer.
  • After accepting your offer, please download your offer letter via this link. This electronic offer letter will serve as the official document from the University. No hardcopy offer letter/package will be sent to you.
  • Your acceptance status will be updated on the SUSS Application Status Portal at the end of every working Monday. Should a public holiday fall on a Monday, the status will be updated after the holiday, by the next working day instead.
