Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming every industry, and the early childhood sector is no exception. In order to stay relevant in the age of AI, educators need to identify new challenges and to seize opportunities. 

Traditionally, a teacher’s role is to provide emotional support, to facilitate learning, and to nurture holistic development of children. With AI integration into the classroom, educators have to think about how to tap AI to create diverse and personalised learning experiences. At the same time, educators also need to put emphasis on helping children to develop their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to prepare them for the future.

由于人工智能技术的介入，学前教师的角色已经不再是传统意义上，主要提供情感支持、指导学习和促进幼儿发展。学前教师需要结合人工智能技术，利用其优势为幼儿提供更具个性化、多样化的学习体验。与此同时，要更加注重培养幼儿的创造力、批判性思维和解决问题的能力，以应对未来社会的需求。 

学前教师需要适应新的角色定位，积极应对挑战，不断提升自身的能力和素养，才能在AI 时代更好地发挥自己的作用，以便更好地为幼儿的成长和发展提供全面的支持。

NOTES 说明 

Log into your personal account on ONE@ECDA, look for the course by typing keywords "Chinese Symposium", or search for Class Code " CPAAIEC24C-2401 ", or look for the event date "28 September" in upcoming courses on the home page. Apply for the course. 

After your application has been approved, Centre for Chinese Studies @SUSS will send you an email to inform you the promo code assigned to your status: Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident / Non-Singapore Citizen / Non-Permanent Resident. 

Visit the URL provided in the email to register and make payment, be it self-sponsored or company-sponsored. After keying in your promo code, the subsidised ticket price will be reflected. Your name recorded upon payment will be matched against your application on ONE@ECDA.

在您的申请获得批准之后，新加坡社科大学中华学术中心将发送电邮给您，通知您相关的津贴代码。 

请通过电邮内提供的链接报名和付款。无论是自费或是雇主赞助，都请通过该链接付款。输入津贴代码之后，报名费将调整至扣除津贴后的收费。主办单位将对您用于报名的姓名与您在ONE@ECDA的申请进行比对、核实。
