Bloom, an initiative by the Singapore University of Social Sciences Office of Student Life, is back this September! Aimed at enhancing well-being amongst SUSS students, this year's week-long event has an emphasis on physical well-being.

Get ready to awaken your senses and embrace physical wellness through the exciting line-up of in-person workshops and virtual talks. From fitness activities to expressing yourself through the arts, come learn how you can improve your well-being, Bloom in your own way, and flourish in life!

All programmes are free* and open to all SUSS students (unless stated otherwise) - limited slots are available so sign up by registering for the workshop on the Kinobi platform. Fuel up with the healthy snacks provided at the end of each in-person workshop session!

A | R | T workshop entails the most unique participatory and individualised, interdisciplinary, and multi-sensory approach to wellbeing through a multitude of modalities to access and assess your state of wellness. Join Healing Arts Practitioner, Amanda Ling and Leadership Wellness Practitioner, Dannie H. as they facilitate a unique and all-in-one comprehensive yet interactive approach to health and wellbeing; interconnectedness the elements of the environment, social, body, mind and spirit.
