About

Just Justice Talk 🌍 is back with its fifth session but this time a hybrid conversation platform where we discuss about topics pertaining to Restorative Justice. This student-led initiative between Lutheran Community Care Services Ltd (LCCS) and Singapore University of Social Science (SUSS) aims to create an informal space to facilitate open and organic discussions between students, academics and practitioners.

For our upcoming fifth and final session of the year, we'll be exploring the notion of "A Singapore Perspective: Nurturing Respectful Relationship with Restorative Justice Practices".

If you are interested in engaging in a fulfilling and interactive discussion about restorative practices in a local context, join us now!

If you are unable to make it in-person, please note that the invitation link for the session would be sent through the email address you provide. On that note, do check your junk mail as well in case the invitation link is filtered there. Do expect the invitation link to be sent out within a week of the actual session.

Our Speakers

Justin is an Executive Director of Lutheran Community Care Services Ltd (LCCS). As an advocate for Restorative Practice, Justin believes that civil society can be strengthened when people are provided opportunities to have the 'missing conversation', to talk about what matters most in building and sustaining relationships.

Charlotte is a third-year Public Safety and Security student at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She will share her experience working together with LCCS on Project ReKnew and Let Our Voice Run (LOVR), as well as her experience with Restorative Justice up to her current internship with the Singapore Prison Service (SPS).
