C-three (Counselling & Life Coaching) present to you workshop on Learning Mindfulness For Well-being.
Participants in this series of four 1-hour sessions will learn basic skills for Mindfulness and Well-being such as pausing and conscious relaxing, establishing an anchor with mindfulness of emotions and thoughts.
Practising these skills regularly can help participants to be present in the moment, connect with who they are, enhance mental clarity, emotional regulation and manage stress. It can also enhance well-being and help you thrive at work and also in life.
