SUSS Dialogue Session: Psychology (Graduate Diploma | Master's)

The Master of Psychology is a professional postgraduate training programme for psychology degree holders to specialise and work as either organisational or forensic psychologists. Building on the foundations learnt from the psychology degree, this postgraduate training focuses on core research skills and the application of the science of psychology to maximise potential at the workplace or understand behaviour of criminals and offenders.

Unique Features of the Programme
  • This is a skills-based programme that focuses on helping your to develop and hone essential skills needed in applying psychology to either forensic psychology or organisational psychology.
  • The Master of Psychology (Forensic Psychology) is the only postgraduate training programme specific to the Singapore legal system and the types of crime in Singapore.
  • The Master of Psychology (Organisational Psychology) is the first postgraduate training programme in organisational psychology in Singapore and includes professional certification courses.
  • This programme is conducted using a blended learning approach, with a mixture of both face-to-face lessons and e-learning, so that you can learn at your own pace.

The Graduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology is catered to anyone who has an interest in applying the science of psychology to the context of organisations, but does not have a degree in psychology.  It provides key training to understand human behaviour at the workplace.

This graduate diploma does not enable you to practice as a psychologist in Singapore, and is not stackable to a master's degree in psychology. However, it is stackable to the Master of Management offered by the School of Business at SUSS.
