Born in London, UK, Katie King is a published Author, accomplished Keynote Speaker and Management Consultant on Artificial Intelligence (AI), leadership and business transformation.

Voted the ‘Leading AI Strategist’ and ‘Top 10 influencer in AI’ in 2023, Katie has over 30 years of consulting experience and has advised many of the world's leading brands and business leaders, including Virgin, Harrods Rolls-Royce, o2 and more. 

Katie is a member of the UK Government All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) task force for the adoption of AI.  She is also an Editorial Board Member for the AI and Ethics Journal (Springer Nature – global publisher). 

Katie has delivered two TEDx talks and is a regular speaker worldwide.

Founder and Managing Director, Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII)

Dr. James Ong has 38+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, tech executive, venture builder, author and professor and enjoys his journey of ecosystem building for impactful outcomes, bridging scientific research, startups, and impact investment. 

He founded Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII), a think tank advocating Sustainable AI for Humanity and is co-author of “AI for Humanity: Building A Sustainable AI for the Future” published by Wiley. 

He is a member of the National Supercomputing Centre Singapore (NSCC)’s new Strategic Resource Allocation Committee (SRAC). He received his PhD from University of Texas at Austin specializing in AI for Governance and Business Process Automation. 

Masterclass 2 - Building Organisational Resilience

Organisational resilience is a necessity in today’s business environment, where trade tensions, wars, disease X, and even flexible work arrangements pose various challenges and opportunities.

This workshop will help participants to evaluate and enhance their organisation’s resilience at the individual and team level, in the context of Industry 5.0. They will learn about different enablers of organisational resilience, such as:

Director for Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence

Dr Victor Seah is the Director of Behaviour Insights Centre of Excellence, a Singapore University of Social Science centre focused on the application of psychology and behavioural science to change behaviours and shift mindsets at the workplace. He currently leads several applied research projects with large public and private sector entities. This includes work on public sector bus captain ergonomics, coaching and mentoring culture in a financial institute, wellbeing of gig workers, and safety of port operations. 

Masterclass 3 - Demystifying AI: Evolution in AI thinking

This workshop will provide an in-depth exploration of artificial intelligence, covering four distinct levels of understanding:

Chief Data Scientist for Centre of Excellence in AI/ML

Dr. Shailesh Kumar is currently the Chief Data Scientist at the Centre of Excellence in AI/ML, Reliance Jio, Program mentor for the AI/DS program at the Jio Institute of Eminence, and a Visiting faculty of Machine Learning at the Indian School of Business.

Prior to this he worked as a Distinguished Scientist at Ola cabs, Chief Scientist and Cofounder of Third Leap, an EdTech startup, Researcher in the Google Brain team, Sr. Scientist at Yahoo! Labs and Principal Scientist at Fair Isaac Research.

Dr. Kumar has 20 years of experience in building AI solutions in a variety of domains including Telecom, Retail, Finance, Fleet Management, Healthcare, Agriculture, Education, Computer Vision, Knowledge Graph, Natural Language Processing, and Conversational computing.
