Celebrating SUSS's Sporting Success at SUniG

272 SUSS athletes competed in 14 sports, with eight winning medals – 2 golds, two silvers, and four bronzes. These successes mark a significant step beyond academics, particularly in standout performances in bowling, badminton, road race, squash and tchoukball.

Radiant smiles as the Women's Tchoukball team received their silver medals during the SUniG closing ceremony! Mr Harminder Singh, Vice Dean of Students at the Student Success Centre, celebrated their achievement and shared the joy of their victorious moment.

Anna Lee Wei Ling, Captain of the Women's Tchoukball team and a Bachelor of Social Work student, delivered a reflection on the season:
"This season has been nothing short of extraordinary. Our historic silver medal in SUSS Tchoukball reflects our unyielding dedication, relentless hard work, and unwavering team spirit. We faced formidable opponents, navigated through setbacks, and, in doing so, exemplified the very essence of teamwork. The Singapore University Games are not merely a competition; they celebrate resilience, sportsmanship, and the friendships that bind us as student-athletes. Congratulations to all our teams – we have made SUSS proud together!"

In a commendable achievement, the Basketball Men Women's Volleyball team has secured 4th place in their respective category, earning them coveted spots at the Institute-Varsity-Polytechnic Games 2025.
