Meet the 10th cohort of SUSS' Venture Builder Programme!
The SUSS’ Venture Builder Programme Demo Day 2024 marked the inaugural launch of the Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) and Silver tracks, alongside the existing Impact track. Supported by the Mrs Lee Choon Guan Enterprising Spirit Fund, this year's programme witnessed a significant expansion, attracting a diverse cohort of entrepreneurs dedicated to fostering impactful change through their ventures.

Eight finalists were selected to pitch their innovative ideas and solutions on the Demo Day, demonstrating their depth of talent, creative thinking and heart for the community. We are thrilled to announce the exceptional ventures from this year’s Demo Day:
1st Place: The Courage Chapter

The Courage Chapter emerged as champion because of their practical, meaningful employment solutioning through strategic partnerships. A platform dedicated to changing the narrative around ageism in the workplace, The Courage Chapter empowers senior and mature professionals to drive greater business impact and foster personal fulfilment by pairing them up with employer partners in need of highly qualified talent on project-basis.
2nd Place: DementiaCare Connect

DementiaCare Connect earned 2nd place with its comprehensive platform designed to assist caregivers in managing the complexity of dementia care. Offering a wide array of resources, expert guidance, and essential services, DementiaCare Connect empowers caregivers to provide optimal care, enhancing the quality of life for both patients and caregivers.
3rd Place: The Moonbeam Co.

The Moonbeam Co. secured 3rd place with its visionary approach to sustainability and social inclusion. Their innovative business model transforms food by-products into delicious products, including artisanal granola, cookies and bread. Beyond this, Moonbeam is dedicated to empowering at-risk youth through vocational training and employment opportunities, helping them thrive and contribute positively to society.
