PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS: |
- Physical Fitness Requirement: Participants must be physically fit as the programme may include walking tours and visits to various sites. It is the participant's responsibility to assess their own fitness level and determine their capability to partake in such activities.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION AND PROGRAMME SCHEDULE |
- Arrival in Estonia: Participants are required to arrive in Estonia by 30 Mar 2025. This allows for any necessary adjustments due to travel and provides a day to settle down before the programme begins.
- Programme Dates: The learning journey will run from 31 Mar to 4 Apr 2025. These days are dedicated exclusively to the programme activities and visits.
- Travel Arrangements: Participants are advised to make their own flight arrangements to arrive in and depart from Estonia outside the programme duration.

Our fee of SGD 3,815 (incl. GST) includes and excludes the following:
INCLUSIONS |
- Programme Fee: The fee indicated for the learning journey to Estonia covers only the programme fee. This includes the cost of all educational and training components of the journey.
- Local Transportation: Local transportation costs for scheduled visits to enterprises within Estonia are covered as part of the programme. This does not include personal travel or sightseeing outside of the official programme itinerary.

EXCLUSIONS |
- Travel and Accommodation: The programme fee does not cover airfare, hotel accommodation or hotel transfers. Participants are responsible for these expenses and must make their own arrangements.
- Visa Application: The programme fee does not cover visa application or processing costs. Participants are responsible for applying for and securing their own visas to enter Estonia, and it is advisable to start the application process early to ensure approval in time for the programme. Participants will need to submit their visa documents to us before we can confirm your place.
- Insurance Coverage: The programme fee excludes all forms of insurance coverage. Participants are strongly advised to obtain their own travel and health insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances during the trip.
- Meals: The fee excludes all meals during the programme duration. Participants are responsible for covering their own meal expenses. However, please rest assured that dining spots will be available within the proximity of our programme venues.
