The Institute of Public Relations of Singapore (IPRS) is the industry apex body representing public relations (PR) and communication practitioners in Singapore. Its primary objective is to recognise and promote professionalism among its members and the PR industry. This is achieved through the IPRS accreditation process; the industry's premier awards - PRISM; and the development and delivery of certification courses, workshops and talks.
IPRS has grown to a current membership base of more than 300 active members who are professionals from diverse business backgrounds, thus contributing to its strength and dynamism. IPRS launched its Student Chapter in 2012 to generate greater awareness of PR industry among students. It aims to equip its Student Chapter members with PR skills and industry-relevant knowledge.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by SUSS and IPRS on October 7, 2020. Around 160 industry partners, associates, alumni and students turned up for the virtual MoU signing ceremony to witness the exciting chapter of SUSS-IPRS collaboration in student development.
IPRS will allow our learning community to access the activities and programmes organised by its Student Chapter.
