Overview of SUSS Master of Digital Marketing


The Master of Digital Marketing (MDMK) programme offered by the School of Business at the Singapore University of Social Science (SUSS) provide a formal and structured learning in Digital Marketing. The programmes provide a wide range of digital marketing courses to equip our students with up-to-date digital marketing theories and ready-to-apply digital marketing practices.

The Master of Digital Marketing programme aims to nurture highly specialised digital marketing professionals. To accommodate different learning needs, a student can focus on different aspects of digital marketing. The Generic Digital Marketing stream offers the students a broad understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics. The Analytics stream is designed to give the students a deep dive into quantitative skills needed for data-driven decision making. The Design stream is for students who wish to focus on the creative aspect of digital marketing, mainly content creation.

The programme supports upskilling to meet work challenges posed by advancements in marketing technology and innovations. Marketing professionals, business executives, entrepreneurs or anyone who wish to deepen their knowledge of contemporary practice of Marketing, should join the programme.

  • The programme offers flexible study plans catering to different learning needs. The three areas are the Generic Digital Marketing Stream, the Analytics Stream and the Design Stream.

  • Courses in Master of Digital Marketing also prepare learners to obtain widely recognised industrial accreditation such as Google Ads Certification, Google IQ Certification and Facebook Blueprint Certification.

Overview of FHNW Master of Science in International Management


The Master of Science in International Management programme is designed for students who are pursuing an international career in a corporation, non-profit organisation or public administration. The local and international elective modules offered in the programme allow students to customise an individual study portfolio. Students will also gain international experience through a variety of real-world applied learning trips.

Admission Requirements

  • A recognised Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as business, management, economics, engineering management, business information systems/technology, finance, tourism, psychology or in a similar or related programme
  • Good linguistic abilities in English
    • Please submit your English score obtained within the last 2 years at point of application if your undergraduate degree is not awarded by an English-medium university, or your undergraduate degree is awarded by an English-medium university but the language of instruction was not in English.
    • At least an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5, or a TOEFL score of 580 (paper-based) or 85 (internet-based), or a PTE Academic score of 58, or C1 Advanced score of 180.
  • Relevant work experience
  • Applicants with social outreach or volunteering experience have an added advantage

The number of places for this programme is limited. Shortlisted applicants are required to undergo two rounds of interviews and take some written admission tests.

All applications are considered individually based on merit, and the offer of admission is dependent on the number of places available in the individual programmes. Admission is solely at the discretion of SUSS and the decision is final and binding. SUSS reserves the right to refuse admission and is not obliged to offer an explanation for the non-admission of unsuccessful candidates.

This programme is open to Singapore citizens, permanent residents, as well as international students.

*The 10-cu Applied Research Project in Marketing Project should be conducted in an International Context and in line with the Research Proposal to be completed at FHNW.

  1. What happens if I do not complete the graduate programmes (e.g. Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Master) within the candidature period? Can I apply to take the remaining courses via CET pathway?
    Students who have not completed their graduate programmes within the stipulated candidature period will not be eligible for the award of the qualification for such graduate programmes. Such students however may apply to take, via the CET pathway, the remaining courses which they did not complete under their graduate programmes as part of their personal learning and development . Such application will be subjected to the CET admission requirement. However, as such students have exceeded the candidature period for their graduate programmes, they will not be awarded the qualification for such graduate programmes even after taking and completing the remaining courses via the CET pathway (“Condition”).
